Mat Fit

How it works

From “I should move at some point” to “I closed the door and actually did it.”

Why it is not random HIIT

MatFit walks you through mat sessions and shows which muscles you are using. It is for steady strength and control you can repeat, not another random HIIT mash-up.

  1. Roll out your mat

Clear a patch of floor wherever you can. Hallway, spare room, bit of carpet by the sofa, it all counts.

  2. Follow the session

We cue the next move in normal words, not trainer-speak. Most blocks land around thirty minutes, and you do not need a rack of kit.

  3. Keep it boring on purpose

Same slot beats a perfect streak. Train when the house is calm enough, not when a timetable guilt-trips you.

What a session looks like

Here is one press-up split into steps. Real workouts follow this rhythm when the focus changes.

About Mat Fit

Mat Fit started with our founder, Luke. He bounced off plans that promised the world in six weeks. Too loud, too fiddly, or just not how he liked to move.

So he sketched sessions around a mat and kept the rules blunt: no gadget shop, no upsell wall.

That is still the deal. Unroll at home, follow the block you are on, peek at the map when you want to know what should be working. No manifesto, just something that had to survive a normal Tuesday.
